It was announced today that two IT service providers have joined forces to form an Internet consultancy company. CAT Consultancy Services Ltd. and Maclynn Ltd. have launched a joint venture by forming a new company called Beemm Ltd. Both CAT and Maclynn will provide capital and technical expertise for the new venture. Beemm has been established to provide enterprise level Internet consulatncy services to a range of companies ranging from large multi-national corporations to small and medium-sized companies based in the United Kingdom.
