CAT's consultants are focused on managing projects in the financial services sector. We will take control and responsibility of the full project life-cycle on your behalf moving as quickly as possible through the design and development phases to test and pilot stages and then on to full implementation.

At all stages, we are conscious of the need for effective communication. We will therefore ensure that a project plan is maintained for the duration of the project, that progress is reported regularly and that risks and issues are understood and managed.
