Cat's management ethos is founded on the principals that we should lead from the front and by example. Our consultants adopt the highest possible working practices at all times. We aim to empower our clients by sharing our technical know-how with them to allow them to develop their businesses.

We have provided consultants to fill team leadership positions to a number of organisations. When fulfilling such a position, our consultants are also sensitive to the client's personnel and are able to plan, resource and manage budgets effectively.

Our consultants have experience of leading teams of developers as well as smaller implementation teams. We have also undertaken mentoring roles where we have provided an experienced team leader to a client as a 'shadow' for the client's own personnel.
